EXPERIENCE
Seven Spring Food and Wine in Soho-Nolita Showcases signature dishes and original creations using freshest local sustainable ingredients. The team behind Seven Spring Food & Wine opened shop not only to cook and serve the meals they love, but to put a stop to the age-old tradition of friends spending hours debating where to eat. No more compromising between the pal who wants a burger and the girlfriend who wants sushi; here, there's genuinely something for everyone, and it's all fantastic. Truly: after wowing locals in Baltimore with their inventive, eclectic dishes, brothers Larry and Richard Chung brought their culinary creativity (and insane bulgogi beef tacos) to Nolita, where they quickly became a neighborhood favorite. Every section of the menu has something worthy of desire, whether it's the brothers' acclaimed exotic game burgers (think elk, ostrich, and kangaroo) or the oversized uramaki rolls. So, while you may no longer have to debate where to eat, you'll still have to hash out what to eat. Just remember you can always come back for more.

Designed by Hylander New York, 7 SPRING features a stunning 7 foot tall painting of Bruce Lee in the scene from the film ” Enter the Dragon” and also paintings by various artists in its sheek dining room, bar and VIP event Lounge. The Design of 7 Spring is inspired by Chef Richard Chung’s innovative cooking and the imagery of his artistic talent when he studied interior design before becoming a Japanese chef 20 years ago. Open Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner.
